Meet Our Executive Board!

Tilly Gambill, President, is honored to serve on the Greenwood PTA and work with such amazing volunteers. In previous years she served on the communications team for the PTA and helped lead the Mother-Son Field Day. She currently has three children at Greenwood, Lawson is in Kindergarten, Nora is in First Grade, and Carter is in Third Grade. She is a marketing and communications consultant, currently working with a healthcare association and hales from the beautiful state of Arkansas but received a masters in public relations from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Tilly enjoys volunteering, currently serving on committees with the Junior League of Richmond and her church. “My mother was always involved with the PTA and is a professional volunteer. She taught me at an early age the importance of being involved in the community and value of making a positive contribution through time. I love seeing my children at the school, knowing the faculty and staff, and meeting other parents through this awesome Gator community.”

Jason Borgert, Treasurer, is honored to have the opportunity to serve Greenwood as the PTA Treasurer. He is the proud father of a 2nd grade gator (Samantha) and has been married to his amazing wife, Carrie, for 13 years. Being the son of a Marine officer, Jason grew up all over the country and world before moving to Colonial Heights as a sophomore. He then attended Randolph-Macon College earning a degree in Business Economics and played baseball. Jason works in financial operations with his primary focus on associate development and process engineering. One of his favorite things to do is be a Greenwood WatchDOG and can often be seen at the school hanging with all his gator friends! Jason is so grateful that his daughter, he and his wife are privileged to be part of the Greenwood family and is not shy about telling stories of all the great stuff going on at GES to family and friends! Go Gators!

Tim Robertson, VP Membership, is proud to be serving his third year on the Board of the Greenwood PTA. In addition to helping with many of the PTA’s events, Tim and his wife Eleanor are co-chairing the Spring Formal committee. As treasurer last year, Tim transitioned many of our back end accounting processes to a paperless system. Tim has a 22 year old daughter finishing up her Masters in Teaching at CNU who would like to come back to Henrico county to teach Elementary school next year. Tim and Eleanor have a 4th grader, Bella, and a 2nd grader, Burkley, and love the Greenwood Gator spirit and community!!

Treina Owen, Secretary, enjoys serving in any capacity at Greenwood and is honored to serve on the PTA Board this year. Treina graduated from Braxton School of Business in the Executive Assistant/Office Administration program and served in the capacity of administrative assistant for the Department of Health in the Commissioner’s Office, Project Analyst in Surgical Services with Bon Secours, Adult Education Department with the Virginia Department of Education for over 5 years and also with the Virginia Department of Social Services as Board Liaison and Legislative Services for 5 years where she was forced to retire due to medical disability. Treina is now a small business entrepreneur that works from home starting Dream Creations by Treina, a business of customized designs for t-shirts & decals, also event planning & decorating services; she is also an Independent Sales Consultant with Damsel in Defense. Treina is also active at her church, Meadowbridge Seventh-Day Adventist Church, where she serves as Social Committee leader and Children’s choir director. Treina loves volunteering with her husband, Anson, who helps with luncheons and Watch Dogs. This year, Treina serves as Room Mom in her Gator son Karson’s classroom (3rd grade) and she is also the Head of the Hospitality Committee for the 2nd year. In this role she plans and coordinates all the monthly luncheons held in the Teacher’s Lounge to help motivate and show support to our awesome Principal, Teachers, and Staff. Treina & Anson also have two older daughters in college Kyra (Arizona State University) and Kamryn (James Madison University). Treina is very excited to be a part of the Greenwood family and ready for this new school year!

Kelly Baehr, VP Programs, is new to the Greenwood PTA family and enjoys being involved with all of the fun events at Greenwood. She has a son, Roland, who is in first grade and a daughter who will begin kindergarten in a few years. Also, her husband (Daniel) can be seen around Greenwood as a frequent WatchDog. Kelly grew up in Henrico County Public Schools and was a student at Skipwith Elementary, Brookland Middle, and Hermitage High School. “I had a wonderful experience in Henrico schools and I knew that was what I wanted for my children…to love going to school! Greenwood has been great for my son we can’t wait to see him continue to do amazing things in the Greenwood family.” Kelly is a hairstylist and owns her own business where she loves being creative and thinking outside of the box. She hopes to use her creativity to add even more fun ideas to the Greenwood PTA! Go Gators!!

Erica Mann, VP Advocacy, (Biography coming)

Cynthia Chagnon-MacKenzie, VP Communications, enjoys serving on the PTA Board. This is her third year being involved with PTA Communications by creating flyers, making social media posts, and managing the website. Cynthia is also on her third year producing the yearbook and you will usually see Cynthia attending school events with camera in hand, followed by her husband and three Gator children: Alex (Kindergarten), Addison (1st Grade), and Dabney (3rd Grade). She has recently retired from the military with over 23 years of service and also currently runs a ceiling cleaning and restoration business with her husband, Dabney. Cynthia works full-time at an engineering firm as a Technical Graphics Specialist and part-time at a telecommunications software management company as a Digital Cartographer. In her spare time (what spare time?) she enjoys shooting pool in a local league along with her husband and son. She enjoys being involved with her daughter at daisy scouts and sons at cub scouts. She also loves spending time with her two HUGE puppies and at the next free moment she gets, she will get out there and fly her drone one day. Cynthia is honored that her children get to attend such a great school and are able to be a part of the wonderful Greenwood family!
